Live Music Assignment

Description

To Recieve full credit for this extra credit assignment, you will have to go see some live music , and fill out a survey answering questions about the performance you went to see!

This Must be a Legitamate Music Performance that you go see
-Seeing 1 song performed at the mall doesn't count - but going to an open mic night at a coffee shop Does !
Get Creative - feel free to email me to ask if something is ok. 



****YOU MUST THOROUGHLY COMPLETE ALL PARTS 4 PARTS BELOW TO RECIEVE FULL EXTRA CREDIT****


Instructions

1. Find some live music to go see! (if you have trouble with this, ask me or another student!)

2.  When you decide what you are seeing, fill out the Live Music Entry Form. Do this as far in advance as Possible!

3. Get some kind of proof that you went to see your selection. 
THIS PART IS IMPERATIVE - THE WHOLE POINT IS THAT YOU MUST GO AND SEE LIVE MUSIC , SO GOOD PROOF IS IMPORTANT ! 
ACCAPTABLE FORMS OF PROOF INCLUDE:
-Ticket Stub
-Concert Program
-Clear picture of you at the concert ( with stage or artist plainly in sight)

4.  Fill Out to Live Music Survey IN AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE - You should demonstrate your ability to go to a performance and make informed observations about what you are seeing
**These should not be one word answers**

**Remember to refer to the Survey BEFORE your concert so you know what to look out for**
