Questions :
  • Which ones were most Difficult ? Which were Easy ?
Any thoughts on what makes these difficult vs. easy to hear ?
(If they are all hard, or all easy, that's ok !)
  • If you are consistently missing them -  look at how far you missed them by.  Are you consistently above the original pitch ? Or usually below ? are you missing them by a consistent distance ? (i.e. you always seem to be 5 keys above the right answer)

Find the Note - Part 2

Same Exercise - However - Now we will have 2 Notes to find.  They will sound one after the other at first.

***** Listen to the notes and see if you can imagine how far apart the sound / look on the keyboard. Do you think there is a BIG space in between them, or are the pretty tight together ?  Remember how the sound waves clash - if these notes were sounding together would there be a clash, or would it sound OK ? ****
